Launching a postpartum care service in Washington required introducing a concept well-established in Asia but relatively unknown to the target market. We developed a comprehensive paid advertising strategy that educated new mothers about professional postpartum support while building brand awareness from scratch.

We were launching a service that most new mothers had never heard of, requiring extensive education before any conversion could happen. The challenge was building awareness and trust from zero, addressing cultural differences in postpartum care expectations, and creating campaigns that resonated emotionally while educating the market about a completely new concept.
